Dr. Larry Felton

Vice President, Science and Engineering

DR. LARRY FELTON assumed the position of Vice President, Science and Engineering in June of 2009.

Dr. Felton joined Evergreen in 2005.  Prior to his current role of Vice President, Science and Engineering he served as the Senior Director of Wafer Fabrication Science and Engineering.  In that role, he directed development of the Quad Furnace technology.  Prior to joining Evergreen, Dr. Felton was the Advanced Packaging Development Manager for the Micromachined Product Division at Analog Devices, where he led development of low-cost semiconductor packaging technology for inertial sensors.  Dr. Felton was also Senior Project Manager in the Center for Manufacturing Productivity and Technology Transfer and Adjunct Assistant Professor of Materials Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Dr. Felton holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a M.S. in Solid State Science and Technology from Syracuse University and a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
